Swedish Match Industries AB is one of the world’s leading match manufacturers and a global player. Every day, we produce about 4 million matchboxes in our factories in Sweden. Our brands and products are represented in more than 100 countries.
Swedish Match has been a leading global match manufacturer for more than 150 years. We have more than 175 brands and produce matchboxes in ten different sizes – from small pocket-sized matchboxes to household packs. About 40% of our production is sold in Europe, the rest is distributed to countries in Africa, Central America, the Caribbean, Oceania and the Middle East.
All of our matches are produced in Vetlanda and Tidaholm. Swedish Match has 200 employees – 42 in Vetlanda, and 158 in Tidaholm.
